A M Management is Hiring a Loan Processor Near Edinburg, TX

Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Loan Processor. As a Loan Processor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of loan applications.

Duties:

- Review loan applications and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy

- Loan servicing activities including billing, payment processing and collections.

- Provides support services assisting customers regarding payment and adjustments, accounting, and general inquiries.

- Maintain loan servicing records and files and prepare routine reports.

- Ensures that loan servicing operations are in accordance with established policies and procedures.

- Communicate with loan officers and borrowers to gather any additional information or documentation required

- Maintain confidentiality of borrower information and adhere to data security protocols

- Assist with loan origination process as needed

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Loan Processor or in a similar role preferred

- Strong understanding of loan processing procedures and underwriting guidelines

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Ability meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient computer skills, including experience with loan processing software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must)

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team

Pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
